Monisha has over 20 years of progressive financial and operational experience working for fast-paced, global organizations that span across HCM, SaaS businesses and Non-Profit organizations.
She has provided financial leadership to businesses ranging from $25 million to $1.2 billion, earning her numerous distinctions throughout her career. A critical thinker and proven strategic business partner, Monisha is relentless at finding creative solutions that are unique to a given challenge.
Monisha is a passionate social activist and a proud Board Member of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary. Her love of traveling, mountaineering and surfing has shaped her approach to business strategies, striving for simplicity and authenticity in all her interactions.
